AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Free Shipping is offered on all retail orders Australia-wide. Deliveries will usually arrive in 3-5 working days, between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Australia post will handle all domestic deliveries. Deliveries are sent via registered post and a signature is required. Should no one be present to receive the delivery, a card will be left instructing the receiver to pick up their item from a local post office.

Once your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number for your delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer $15 capped shipping on all International deliveries. Shipments are sent via registered mail with tracking and will usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive, depending on length of time held at customs. Deliveries to New Zealand usually take 5-10 working days. BANJARA cannot accept responsibility for any duties and taxes incurred where applied by your local customs

RETURNS

We want you to love your Banjara purchases. To ensure you are completely satisfied we gladly offer a 30 Day Return policy on all full-price items purchased (items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code cannot be returned or exchanged). All items should be returned unworn, in their original condition and with accompanying tags. Please note that earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another design, we will happily do this for you. Any difference in price between exchanged items will be payable via a PayPal Invoice, Visa or MasterCard. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free or capped postage on your replacement item. For Australian orders there will be a $10 postage charge for your replacement item, for international orders postage will be charged at quoted rates to your area).

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Email returns@banjara.com.au to notify us of the incoming return. Please include your contact number, purchase order number and reason for the return.

 

Send your returns to the address listed below. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Once your return is received and processed your refund will be credited to the method of payment used at the time of purchase, less the shipping and duty charges. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification once this is completed.

 

I’VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I MAKE A RETURN

Yes! Under our comprehensive 30 Day Refund Policy we do accept returns so long as your items are unworn, in their original condition and packaging including tags (items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code cannot be returned or exchanged). Please follow the return procedure above to complete your return or exchange.

 

MY PURCHASE IS FAULTY, CAN I MAKE A RETURN

Of course! We work hard to ensure the highest quality design and production but from time to time a fault may arise. Please contact us at returns@banjara.com.au with your purchase order number and a photo of the item. If the design purchased is still in stock we will replace it for you, otherwise we will issue a refund upon the return of the purchased item. Should you receive a faulty item please be sure to get in touch within 30 days.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FOR MY RETURN

Customers will be required to pay for any shipping and handling charges to return unwanted items. We cannot be held responsible should the return not arrive at the delivery address provided above, which is why we strongly recommend shipping your returns via a trackable method. If returning a faulty product you will be issued a refund or exchange to the full value of the purchase, including postage.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDERS

We make every effort to ship customer orders as quickly as possible. As a result we are unable to make changes or amendments to processed orders including item selection, size or colour selections or shipping addresses.

 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT

We accept payment Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Note that you do not require a PayPal account to pay via this method.

PayPal also supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute. In addition, cheque cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card. You can also select to pay for your purchases direct from your bank account when using PayPal.

 

ARE MY PAYMENTS SECURE

To ensure your Visa & MasterCard purchases are paid for securely BANJARA uses 256-bit encryption through GeoTrust to protect your details. You are also protected when purchasing with PayPal which uses SSL technology to keep your information safe.  

 

WHICH CURRENCY DO I PAY IN

All purchases are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD) at checkout. This will be converted to your currency by your bank.
